Learn to Read Your Knitting & Fix Mistakes
Frustrated by mistakes in your knitting and feeling like your only recourse is to start over? We're here to help!
Everyone makes mistakes while they are knitting! And there are only about 12 common ones! So come learn how to “read your knitting”, and be able to correct mistakes as you go, as soon as you find them. It’s the skill that turns knitting from fearsome into pleasure!!
In our class, Wendy teaches you how to rescue dropped stitches in garter and stockinette, undo rows (frogging), fix twisted stitches, how to undo a stitch (tinking - yes, that is knit spelled backwards!), fix accidental yarn overs, how to read your knitting, how to place a safety line, and how to recognize and fix missed stitches correct errors without restarting your project. You will also cover knitting styles , tension, and what blocking can (and cannot) redeem in your knitting.
