Swivel adapters (2501-VS & 2501-VL) will allow your tips to swivel on any [S] or [L] fixed TWIST or X-Flex cable.
ChiaoGoo connectors are tiny “Tic tac” sized pieces that allow you to join two or more cables together. The adapters allow you to go from an [L] interchangeable tip to an [S] interchangeable cable or from an [S] interchangeable tip to a MINI interchangeable cable.
